You might be tempted to set your alarm clock for a little later on a Monday morning to get some extra sleep before the start of a busy day. Unfortunately, this doesn’t help with your weekly routine. Instead, set your alarm for the same time every morning so you’re on an exact schedule.
Stick To A Routine
Routines are important to start your day off on the right foot. Wake up, take a quick shower, make coffee, get dressed, eat breakfast, and head to work. Repeat this routine the next day. Before long, you’ll be set in this strict schedule and you won’t mind the mornings after all.

If you’re like the rest of us, you enjoy reading or watching the morning news as soon as you wake up. However, you need to have a strict schedule while reading the news, as well. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Just like your outfit, you can prepare your breakfast the night before. Have your ingredients ready to whip up a quick smoothie or cook a hard-boiled egg. Then, pack your lunch in a Ziploc bag the night before, as well. Leave your lunch by your work bag and you’ll be ready to go.
